All gas bottles over 2.5 kg must be secured in a upright position in a well ventilated area. Cookers must be kept in a safe place where they can present no harm to the public. ERECTION OF STALLS All stalls must be built in a safe manner with consideration to changes in the weather. All stall clips or clamps positioned under 2 meters where they could reasonably be walked into should be marked with a piece of hazard tape. SALE OF FOOD & DRINK Only approved catering units and/or stall-holders can retail food and drink, be it alcoholic or otherwise. Should any stall be running charitable or promotional raffles, any alcoholic drinks offered as prizes can only be handed over to persons over the age of 18 years. FIRE EXTINGUISHERS All traders must be able to produce a relevant fire extinguisher. ANIMALS Any animals that are brought onto site must be kept under control at all times.
